PC Runners · Android
Privacy PolicyInformation for players
Document version: 18 October 2026
This document applies to PC Runners for Android, prepared for distribution on Google Play under the AnubisPC brand. It explains data processing related to the game, advertising, purchases and communication with the publisher. The descriptions of advertising and purchasing features apply when those features are available and enabled in the version of the game you use.
1. Controller and contact
The publisher of the game and controller of the data processed by the publisher is Grzegorz Kopański, acting as a private individual under the AnubisPC brand. For personal data enquiries or game support, email anubekv2@gmail.com.
Google and Unity are responsible for data processed in their services under the applicable terms and policies. Their roles depend on the particular service and purpose of processing; not all SDK data is sent directly to the publisher.
2. Data processed
- On your device: scores, progress, virtual currency, unlocked items, computer configurations, audio, language and quality settings, as well as technical records relating to rewards and ad frequency.
- When you contact us: your email address, message and information you choose to provide, such as a bug description. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary documents.
- When you make a purchase: the product identifier, purchase status and transaction receipt used to verify and restore your entitlement to disable forced ads.
- In advertising services: device and advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics. The scope depends on factors including identifier availability, age-related settings and privacy choices.
There is no publisher-operated account registration or cloud synchronisation of progress. Gameplay does not require precise GPS location. However, SDK providers may infer approximate location from network data. The absence of a separate publisher analytics tool does not mean that advertising and purchasing SDKs perform no measurements.
3. Google AdMob advertising
The Google AdMob integration supports full-screen interstitial ads between stages of gameplay and optional rewarded ads. You choose whether to start a rewarded ad; its availability depends on the advertising service.
According to Google's documentation, the SDK may process IP addresses, device or account identifiers, interactions, ad impressions and diagnostics to deliver and measure advertising and prevent abuse. IP addresses may be used to infer an approximate region. These data are not exclusively anonymous.
Ads may be personalised, non-personalised or limited, depending on age, region, service configuration and permitted user choices. Non-personalised advertising does not mean that no data is processed. You can manage your advertising identifier in Android settings.
Further information: Google Privacy Policy and Google's advertising SDK data disclosure.
4. Consent and privacy choices
The game integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required by applicable law and service settings, a form explains processing and the available options to consent, decline or manage your choices.
If UMP requires a privacy options entry point, the relevant option appears in the game's settings, in the advertising and purchases panel. It allows you to reopen the privacy form. Form availability depends on your region and the applicable age-protection mode; it is not shown to every player.
You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete purchase history or local progress. Contact the publisher if you have difficulty accessing your choices.
5. In-app purchases
The game provides for an optional, one-time purchase that disables forced ads. Google Play handles payment, while Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP) handles communication between the game and the store. The publisher does not receive your payment card number through this mechanism.
The game stores a signed purchase receipt locally and checks your entitlement through the store. The restore purchases button allows you to recheck the entitlement using the appropriate Google Play account. The receipt may contain transaction identifiers and a transaction token.
Disabling forced ads does not remove optional rewarded ads or automatically disable the entire advertising SDK. Use of these features remains subject to the relevant privacy settings.
Unity IAP 5.4 describes processing transaction data, identifiers, technical information and approximate location for service operation and measurement. The scope depends on the features used; the documentation also covers direct-to-consumer sales features that the game does not provide. See Unity IAP data disclosure and Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
6. Progress and in-game currency
Progress, settings and virtual currency are stored locally in the app's data. The currency is used for gameplay; it is not a payment account. Technical reward records help prevent rewards from being granted more than once.
You can delete app data in Android settings. Doing so may result in the loss of progress and currency. System backups depend on device settings; we do not guarantee that uninstalling removes every copy. Deleting game data does not delete transaction records held by Google.
7. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the game, the purchased entitlement and related support: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Optional advertising-related processing and access to information on a device where consent is required: consent, including Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusal is not automatically replaced with another legal basis.
- General correspondence, security and protection against claims: the publisher's legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, taking account of users' rights.
- Legal obligations, where they apply to the publisher: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing contact details is voluntary, but responding may be impossible without them. Providers describe their own purposes and legal bases in their documents.
8. Providers and data transfers
Google services include Google Play distribution, payments, AdMob, UMP and Gmail used for correspondence. Unity provides the game engine and purchase integration. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law.
Google and Unity use infrastructure in various countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the service, they use mechanisms described in their policies, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Information about safeguards and contact methods is available in the linked provider documents.
9. Data retention
Local saves are used while you play and remain on the device until deleted or replaced. A stored purchase receipt supports your entitlement; the code may remove it after the store confirms that the entitlement is no longer held.
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter, and subsequently only to the extent justified by legal obligations or the protection of legal claims. We do not set a single retention period for all data. Google and Unity apply the retention rules described in their policies; deleting a local save is not a request to erase data held by those providers.
10. Your rights
To the extent provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as object to processing and withdraw consent. The conditions for each right depend on the basis and purpose of processing.
Email anubekv2@gmail.com. We may request information necessary to verify your request. We do not have remote access to your local game save. For data processed independently by Google or Unity, you may also use their privacy contact channels.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
11. Younger users
PC Runners is intended for teenagers and adults; it is not directed at children under 13. This statement does not replace the content rating assigned in Google Play or local rules on the age of consent.
For a minor, a parent's or guardian's consent or involvement may be required, depending on the country and the activity. Contact the publisher if you believe a child's data has been processed improperly.
12. Security and this website
Purchased entitlements are verified using signed store receipts. Local data is subject to the device operating system's safeguards, but we do not claim full encryption or complete protection against loss. Google states that advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit, and Unity describes encryption in transit for IAP.
This page does not run ads or Google Analytics and does not require sign-in. The hosting provider, GitHub Pages, may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the page. See GitHub's privacy statement. The rest of the website has a separate privacy policy (in Polish).
13. Changes to this document
We publish the current version at this address with its version date. Before a change to processing that requires additional information or consent, we will provide an appropriate notice in the game or privacy form. Publishing a policy does not replace any required consent.
